Dear Member,
After receiving feedback from our members, the Bombay Bar Association took up various suggestions made by the members with the Hon'ble Court Committee headed by Hon'ble Justice Oka. We are pleased to inform the members that the Hon'ble High Court administration has already made certain changes which will facilitate the process of filings. These changes are as under
1. The timings for filing proceedings have been extended by introducing Rule 45A in the Original Side Rules.
The timing will now be as under Monday to Friday- 11AM- 5:30PM
Office working Saturdays- 11AM to 4:15 pm.
2. Rule 197 of the Original Side Rules have been amended and now affidavits can be sworn even before Section officers and Masters(Adm.). They will also be able to administer oath.
