All members, temporary and permanent, are requested to pay the annual membership subscription of the Association for the year 2015-2016, with the difference, if any, on or before 31st July, 2015. Members’ attention is drawn to Rule 15 of the Association Rules regarding default in payment of fees. Rule 15 is as under:
“If any member fails to pay his/her subscription or any dues to the Association after the same has been duly demanded of him/her in writing sent by post/courier at the last address registered with the Association, he/her shall be liable to have his/her name posted as a defaulter on the Notice Board of the Association for a period of 30 days. If at the expiration of the said period of 30 days, the amount due or any part thereof remains unpaid, the member shall cease to be a member of the Association, but he may be re-admitted as a temporary member on payment of all outstanding dues and further on payment of entrance fee and subscription and on his/her satisfying the Standing Committee that he/her had adequate and sufficient grounds for not paying such subscription or dues and on his/her paying the amount thereof.”
All members, temporary and permanent are also informed that the names of members who have not paid the annual subscription of the Association for the 2015-2016, with the difference, if any, on or before 31st July, 2015, will be posted as defaulters on the Notice Board of the Association for a period of 30 days (i.e. upto 30th August, 2015) and at if at the expiration of the said period of 30 days, the amount due or any part thereof remains unpaid, the member shall cease to be a member of the Association.
