Two of our members Mr. V. S. Khemka and Mr. V. V. Khemka have authored the third edition of their book 'Law of Summary Suits'. The first edition of the book was released in 1993. The book comprehensively covers the subject on Summary Suits and is also a storehouse of various unreported judgments.
